- Light Requirements: Plug in the integrated full-spectrum LED light to provide your setup with strong, simulated sunlight. Program your automated day/night cycles using the built-in controller. Keep the glass enclosure safely out of direct window sun to prevent heat from trapping and cooking your plants.
- Watering Rules: Carnivorous setups are highly sensitive to minerals. If growing a Venus Flytrap, water the substrate exclusively with distilled water, rainwater, or reverse osmosis water. For ferns and succulents, water according to standard care rules using your typical one-gallon mixing jug setup. Never use standard municipal tap water on carnivorous setups.
- Humidity & Ventilation: Twist the integrated screened airflow adjustment ring on the light cover to regulate humidity. Keep it more closed during early setup to lock in moisture, and crack it open slightly if you notice excessive condensation building on the glass walls.

However, because this setup utilizes delicate glass, standing water conditions, and electrical cords, we recommend keeping it on a secure desk, hutch, or shelf away from heavy pet traffic.
