🌍 The DirtBag Plants Eco-Promise

At DirtBags, we believe in getting dirty responsibly. We love nature’s oddities, and we are fiercely committed to keeping wild spaces wild. Here is how we ensure your indoor green space protects the outdoor one:

- Homegrown & Sustainably Cultivated: We proudly ship only 100% nursery-propagated air plants. We never source from wild habitats, keeping fragile natural ecosystems safe from over-harvesting.
- 100% Biodegradable Packaging: Our shipping materials are entirely eco-friendly, plastic-free, and home-compostable. Your item arrives safely without leaving a permanent footprint on the planet.
- Consciously Sourced Decor: Our artisan figures and metal components are selected with minimal environmental impact in mind, giving you peace of mind with every piece.

📋 Care Instructions

- Light Requirements: Place your air plant in bright, indirect sunlight. Keep the glass vessel completely out of harsh, direct window sun to prevent heat or sunburn.
- Watering: Water your Tillandsia exclusively with distilled water, rainwater, or reverse osmosis water. Avoid tap water entirely to protect the roots from mineral buildup. Mist heavily 2–3 times a week, or submerge the plant upside down in a bowl for 10 minutes once a week.
- Drying Is Key: Always shake off excess moisture and let your plant dry completely upside down on a clean towel for 2 to 3 hours before nesting it back into its wire holder to prevent crown rot.

🐾 Pet Safety Information

- Toxicity: Safe for pets. The hardware, resin base, and included live Tillandsia air plant are 100% non-toxic to cats and dogs. However, because the winding leaves can look enticing to curious pets, we recommend placing it on a secure tabletop or desk away from playful paws.

📦 Shipping & Variation Notes
