🌿 Calathea White Fusion Care Instructions

While the White Fusion has a reputation for being a bit of a diva, providing the right environment will reward you with lush, continuous growth.

- Sunlight: Prefers bright, indirect sunlight. Keep it out of direct afternoon sun, which can easily scorch the delicate white variegation or cause the colors to fade.
- Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist but never waterlogged. Water thoroughly once the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch. Pro tip: This plant is sensitive to fluoride and hard minerals found in municipal tap water. Use distilled water, rainwater, or filtered water to prevent brown, crispy leaf edges.
- Humidity: Thrives in high humidity environments (60% or higher). Run a humidifier nearby, place the pot over a wet pebble tray, or place it in a bright bathroom to keep the foliage pristine.
- Temperature: Keep in a stable temperature range between 65°F and 80°F. Protect it from cold drafts, air conditioning vents, and sudden heat sources.
- Soil: Plant in a loose, airy, well-draining potting soil mix rich in organic matter (such as a blend of potting soil, peat moss, perlite, and orchid bark).
